About

Remote work policy

LandoHOUSE works remotely. This policy sets out how we organize remote work to deliver for clients, protect their information and treat everyone who works with us fairly.

Remote by default

Work is done remotely. In-person meetings are arranged in advance when a client or project requires them.

Pay regardless of location

Pay depends on role, responsibility and experience. The city or country someone lives in does not reduce it.

Managed by results

We assess deliverables, quality, deadlines and commitments kept, not location or hours in front of a screen.

Information security

Protected devices, multi-factor authentication, secure connections and only tools approved by LandoHOUSE.

Client confidentiality

Client information is never kept in personal accounts or discussed where others can see or overhear it.

Clear communication

We use official channels and respect the availability hours agreed for each project.

Policy text

  1. Scope. This policy applies to everyone who works with LandoHOUSE Servicios Profesionales, including consultants and specialists assigned to client projects.
  2. Work arrangement. Work is organized remotely. Each person chooses a workplace suited to focused work, virtual meetings and protecting information. In-person activities are agreed in advance when a project requires them.
  3. Pay. Pay is set by role, responsibility and experience. A team member's geographic location does not affect it.
  4. Performance. Performance is assessed by deliverables, quality, meeting deadlines and keeping the commitments made to each client.
  5. Availability and communication. Availability hours, official channels and response times are agreed for each project. Work communication takes place through approved channels.
  6. Device security. Devices used for work must have screen lock, disk encryption, current updates and malware protection. Work accounts use multi-factor authentication.
  7. Connections. Work is done from trusted networks. On public or shared networks, an encrypted connection is used and access to sensitive information is avoided.
  8. Confidentiality. Client information is treated as confidential: it is not stored in unapproved personal accounts or services, not printed unless necessary, and kept out of view of others during work and calls.
  9. Tools. Only applications, cloud services and AI tools approved by LandoHOUSE or the client are used, and confidential information is never entered into them unless permitted.
  10. Incidents. A lost or stolen device, suspicious access or any possible security incident is reported immediately so it can be handled in time.
  11. Review. This policy is reviewed periodically and updated when the needs of the business, our clients or the risk landscape change.

Effective October 16, 2026.
