How LandoHOUSE uses and protects the data you share through the website's forms and contact channels.

Data we collect
The data you enter in our forms: name, company, email, solution of interest and, optionally, phone, country, estimated timeline and project description. For training requests, also the topic, tentative date, format and estimated number of participants. For open-course registrations: name for the certificate, email, phone, tax ID (NIT) for the invoice, number of participants, payment currency and, optionally, company, job title, promo code and comments; for the Security 360 course, also the public profiles you list for your digital footprint report.
Please do not include passwords or confidential information in the forms.
Purpose
We use this data solely to handle your request, prepare a proposal and keep related communication. For open courses, also to manage your registration, payment, invoice and certificate. Open-source (OSINT) analysis of your public profiles is carried out only if you expressly authorize it, and solely to prepare your digital footprint report.
We will only send articles or news if you ticked the optional box, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. We apply reasonable security measures and least-privilege access.
Third parties
We do not sell your data. Open courses are organized by El CiberCEO, a brand under the same leadership, which uses registration data for the purposes above; when a course includes a certificate endorsed by an institution, only the data needed to issue it (name and company) is shared with that institution. If a proposal requires a partner's involvement, we will let you know before sharing the necessary information. The site offers optional external services such as Calendly and WhatsApp, subject to their own policies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to lando@landohouse.com.
